Amazing service! Joshua Santiago the Service Advisor is very friendly and helpful! He has great attention to detail. He test drove my vehicle to ensure he listened to the issues I pointed out. It was my second time coming back to Maclane’s, this time I had to get my inspection done. I like that they have the drop off option after hours! It’s very convenient also that they offer you a shuttle I didn’t use just because I borrowed my sister’s car for the day.

The team at Maclane's does good work. I have been going there for the last 2 years and have had good experiences. They are friendly and flexible. They provided a loaner car while they were working on my car. I couldn't ask for more. I will be returning and highly recommend.

Came in with a VA registration, as I was new to the area and the gentlemen behind the counter when above and beyond to make sure they could issue a state inspection in PA. They then serviced the vehicle with what was beyond reasonable pricing compared to the couple other garages I’ve used in the area. Not to mention the folks here were sincerely kind, respectable, and welcoming.
I also observed the owner (Mr. Maclane himself) manage a rather unpleasant customer in very professional and empathetic manner to the point where said customer left with a smile on his face and an appointment made.
Simply put, this place is the real deal.

Josh was the man! I came into the Lincoln Hwy location to service my car, which had several issues. Josh was able to help evaluate the situation, provide me with cost effective options, and walk me through the results after the mechanic inspected everything.
